Access to and use of this website are subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website. "The firm", "we", "us" and "BAR" refer to BAR Law Office.
These Terms govern the website and its content only. They do not govern the engagement of the firm for legal services and do not override matter-specific engagement documents agreed with a client.

General information - not legal advice
The website content is provided for general information and to introduce the firm's practice areas. It is not a legal opinion, legal advice or a substitute for reviewing the law, facts, documents and deadlines applicable to a particular matter.
Laws, procedures and case law change, and content published at a particular time may not reflect later developments. Do not act or refrain from acting in reliance on the website without obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Contact does not create representation
Browsing the website, completing a form, sending an email or message, or having an initial conversation does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or require the firm to accept a matter.
Legal representation begins only after a conflicts check, the firm's and the client's express agreement on the engagement and its terms, and completion of the applicable engagement documents. In the event of a conflict, the written engagement documents prevail regarding the legal services.

Initial communications, confidentiality and urgent matters
Before an engagement is confirmed, do not send highly sensitive information or confidential documents beyond what is reasonably required for an initial enquiry. A message sent through an external channel may also be subject to security risks and the provider's terms. The firm cannot guarantee that an unconfirmed enquiry has been received, read or handled by a particular time.
Do not rely on the website or a written message in connection with an arrest, an imminent investigation, a hearing deadline or another urgent matter. Contact the firm directly and confirm that a response has been received. Confidentiality and privilege, where applicable, are determined by law and the circumstances.

These Terms may be published in Hebrew and English on separate pages. If the versions are inconsistent, the Hebrew version will prevail, subject to mandatory law.
